I used Preferred Contracting for a number of projects when I bought my new house and they were absolutely fantastic. They installed my new click lock vinyl floors, replaced my old windows with affordable, but energy efficient new ones and installed an exhaust fan in my bathroom that didn't previously have one. We hired John Zolko at Preferred Contracting Services to completely rebuild our house’s original Victorian box gutters. Good luck getting in touch with these guys. Calling their number puts you through a painful list of questions about free roadside assistance, free trips to Cancun, and free pet grooming. All I want is a quote on a little roofing project.
Their web site has a form to contact them via email, but that doesn't work.
On to the next guy!
